compressor
Selected original sealed reciprocating machine/Vortex compressor. Good performance and low noise. According to customer needs and the size of the refrigeration capacity, single or multi machine combinations can be used. The compressors can automatically alternate operation based on load hydrocarbons, balancing the operating hours of each compressor and greatly extending the service life of the chiller unit.
evaporator
The evaporator coil is equipped with efficient slotted fins and internally threaded copper tubes, which have high heat exchange efficiency and good stability.
condenser
The condenser adopts copper pipes imported from Germany and Japan, processed into trapezoidal low assist pipes to enhance heat transfer capacity. The inner surface of the copper pipes is smooth, which reduces water pressure and is easy to clean and maintain
Protector
The protection system devices include: temperature control switch, high and low pressure switch, overload protector, compressor overheat protector, compressor frequent start protector, and abnormal indicator light
Computer control system
Shilin Company has developed high intelligencePLC、PCA high-level computer control system that can be used for remote monitoring and control, with simple operation, connection between the host and the power supply, low failure rate, high safety factor, and easy installation. The system control can be adjusted in real-time, intuitive and reliable.
Box board
The box plate of the fully enclosed chiller unit is precision machined by CNC punching machine and coated with electrostatic powder paint for a luxurious and beautiful appearance. The inner wall of the box is covered with insulation material and sound-absorbing.
